Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google Play account you bought Pro with. In Offer Maker, open Settings → Restore (also on the Pro screen). Pro comes back on that phone.

On iPhone, iPad or Mac: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Offer Maker. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

10 offers a month, voice or typing in every language, the offer sheet and the WhatsApp message. Free sheets say “Made with VouchLot” at the bottom. Pro adds your logo and your own link on every sheet, no monthly limit, a dated, searchable history, and a team of up to 4 members.

A Pro owner opens Settings → Set up or join a team, starts a team and gets an 8-character code. Members enter it with their name to join. Codes ignore capitals, spaces and dashes.

If a code has been shared too widely, the owner taps New code. The old code stops working at once; members already in the team stay in. A Pro plan covers up to 4 members.

Check your connection and tap Make offer again. It helps to say the item, the quantity, the price and where the goods are, like: “Ladies jeans, 6,200 pieces, 3.70 dollars, in Dhaka, take all.”

Your photos and words stay on the screen while you try again, so nothing is lost. If it keeps failing, email us with the item and we will look into it.

Offer Maker only writes numbers that are in your own words. If it thinks a number came from nowhere, it leaves it out rather than guess. Tap the line on the sheet and type it in.

Open Settings → Delete my data. It removes everything on your phone and everything we hold for your phone on our server; if you own a team, the team and its offers go too. Or email {EMAIL}. Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. See the Privacy policy.

Yes. On iPad and Mac (with an Apple chip) you edit on the left and see the sheet on the right. Android phones and tablets are supported too.
